We take great pride in offering premium-quality pet grooming and wellness essentials. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the conditions below. These definitions apply equally whether they appear in singular or plural form.

  • Goods: Refers to the items offered for sale on the Website.

  • Order: Refers to a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service: Refers to the Website.

  • You / Customer: Refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  1. Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the delivered product.

Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

  1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The Goods are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products made to your specifications or personalized.

  • Perishable or consumable products (e.g., treats, supplements) that deteriorate quickly.

  • Items unsealed after delivery due to hygiene or health protection reasons.

  • Products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund; items purchased on sale or discount are not refundable unless required by law.

  1. Returning Goods

To initiate a return, please contact us first to confirm eligibility.
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service for all returns.
Tails Tango is not responsible for Goods lost or damaged in return transit.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item and notification of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

In cases of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

  1. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received and approved.

  • If the gift giver placed the order and had it shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
