At Tails Tango, we strive to provide fast, safe, and reliable shipping for all your pet care essentials. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, charges, and responsibilities to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely.
1. General Shipping Guidelines
All orders are processed and shipped from Tails Tango’s warehouse in Delhi.
Once an order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
2. Delivery Partners
Tails Tango partners with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once your order is handed over to the logistics partner, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment using the tracking ID either on the courier partner’s tracking portal.

4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount, as specified on the website.
Additional charges may apply for remote locations.
5. Delivery Instructions
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate.
Tails Tango is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.
In case you are not available at the delivery address, the logistics partner may attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the order to our warehouse.
6. Risk & Ownership
The title and risk of all products pass to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.
For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, the logistics partner is authorized to collect payment on behalf of Tails Tango.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We recommend using the tracking system provided to stay updated on your delivery status.
Claims for damaged or lost shipments will be investigated, and we will provide replacement or refund as applicable under our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Tails Tango ships only within India.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
