5.3. Refunds and Returns

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. However, products remain insured by us until delivery confirmation.

6.3. Delivery may not be available in certain unserviceable areas. In such cases, we will notify you and refund any pre-paid amount.

  • The Company’s total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

14. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.


15. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.


16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, internet failures, or government actions.


17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts of 
Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
